DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
  Interior Renovation to Language Studies Research Lab in Rooms SW132E, F, G and H of the Science Wing
  The Design and Construction Management Department at the University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC), requires general contracting services for the installation of renovation of approximately 35 square meters (m2) of a new Language Studies Research Facility on the first floor of the Science Wing building in Room SW132 E, F, G and H  at 1265 Military Trail, Toronto, ON, Canada, M1C 1A4.

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation:  
Proponents will adhere to the University of Toronto General Labour Conditions.
