DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT:
The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to solicit proposals for the delivery of a standardized program for the campus wide maintenance and repair of facility roofs for the University of Toronto Mississauga Campus. The work will consist of, but is not limited to, preventative maintenance, repairs and thermographic IR scanning.

The submissions will not be opened publicly.

The RFP Process is open to all parties submitting a Proposal in accordance with the RFP Documents.

Proposed Personnel: 7 points
Approach and Understanding: 18 points
Customer Service and Response Time: 19 points
Minimum passing score for technical rated criteria 39 out of 60 points

Financial Rated Criteria 
Pricing: 40 points
Total Points: 100 Points

APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS:
This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):
The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9

CONTRACT DETAILS:
Agreement Term:
Three (3) year Initial Term, plus two (2) additional one (1) year options, to be exercised at the University’s sole discretion. The maximum potential term for this agreement is five (5) years.
