DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFQ for SUSE SUBSCRIPTION LICENSES
The term of the Agreement would be for a period of one (1) year from 14-April-2025 to 13-April-2026 with option at the University’s sole and absolute discretion, to extend for two additional periods of one (1) year each.
Note: Proponents must be authorized resellers and should be able to demonstrate such if requested.

The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

ADDRESS AND FINAL DATE FOR SUBMISSIONS
Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/ on or before March 10, 2025 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.

CONTRACT DETAILS
One (1) year term with option to extend for two additional terms of 1 year each.
