Additional Bidding Instructions

The Proponent shall submit their proposal by email to addresses in Section 1.8. This proposal is a "Two Envelope" system, to be titled as the "Management Section" and "Cost Section" by two separate PDF files with Cost Section PDF file being password protected. ALL information related to cost is to be contained in the "Cost Section" only and provided.

Original paper copy of the Proposal shall be couriered to the Issue Office according to Section 1.4. The Proponent shall provide a letter of transmittal, separate from the proposal, signed by an authorized officer.
