Waterloo EDC (legal name: Waterloo Region Economic Development Corporation) is seeking an agency to develop a comprehensive Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) Strategy for England, United Kingdom. The primary focus will be to identify regional market opportunities in target sectors and clusters and a recommended detailed action plan to be developed in 18 months that aligns with Waterloo Region’s value proposition and resourcing available to attract FDI. This action plan is to be replicable going forward.
