Description

This document is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Patient Transfer Services (non-emergency stretcher patient transfer only) for Winchester District Memorial Hospital with a cost of approximately $137,679.89 in the 2019/20 year.

The services and deliverables described in the RFP will commence at time of award and will last two (2) years with the option of a one year extension. The purpose of the RFP is to describe the requirements of the engagement to potential services providers. Responses to this RFP will be accepted up to the date specified in accordance with the instructions and terms contained herein.
To be clear, and notwithstanding any other terms of this RFP that may be interpreted otherwise, this RFP is merely a call for proposals and not a tender call intending to place legally binding obligations on WDMH or on any vendor, to enter into a definitive agreement or be bound by any of its terms. It is not the intention of WDMH to enter into a contract for the services and deliverables described in this RFP or enter into other legally binding obligations unless and until WDMH has completed the negotiation and finalization of a definitive agreement satisfactory to all parties, if any.
