This RFO for the provision of MRI Marketed Services is being issued by the Customer to obtain Proposals for MRI Marketed Services, as further defined below from Proponent(s) (the “Deliverables”). SSW is representing the Customer as its Bid Administrator (as further defined in ARTICLE 3 – RFP PROCEDURES) and any rights or obligations of SSW enumerated herein will be exercised on the Customer’s behalf and in the Customers best interests. In addition to the Deliverables or this RFP, Halton Healthcare may require Deliverables for all three of its’ current sites, Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital (“OTMH”), Georgetown District Hospital (“GDH”) and Milton District Hospital (“MDH”). Please note that the Deliverable requirements are representative and are subject to change and may either increase or decrease throughout the term of the agreement.

SSW représente le client en tant qu’administrateur de sa soumission (au sens défini à l’ARTICLE 3 - PROCÉDURES DE RFP) et tous les droits et obligations de SSW énumérés aux présentes seront exercés au nom du client et dans son intérêt supérieur. En plus des produits livrables ou du présent appel d'offres, Halton Healthcare peut exiger des produits livrables pour ses trois sites actuels, l'hôpital Oakville Trafalgar Memorial («OTMH»), l'hôpital de Georgetown District («GDH») et le Milton District Hospital («MDH»). .
