Additional Bidding Instructions

Offers signed under seal, executed, dated, and marked “Belledune Port Authority - Expansion & Upgrade of Terminals 3 & 4 - Terminal 4 Expansion & Upgrade4” will be received until 2:00 p.m. (local time), March 4, 2021, via email at tenders@portofbelledune.ca. Opening of tenders will follow immediately, however the opening will not be open to the public.

The bidding procedures shall be as defined under the “Instructions to Bidders” section of the tender document. Bidders will be required to register at https://portofbelledune.ca/about-us/rfps-tenders/ to obtain the bid documents. A mandatory virtual bidders meeting will be held on February 11 at 10:00am or 2.00pm (to be decided).

The Belledune Port Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. The lowest/highest or any qualified tender will not necessarily be accepted.
