Place condition: Second floor with freight elevator, all cleared out - no machinery. Hardwood floors and drywall.

Floor space is 6051 sqft.

Demolition of current walls and desk.
Epoxy (Light Grey) to cover hardware flooring. If need be.

Needs drywall over bricked walls, add a few partitions.

* Amendment

After the walls have been removed, We are looking for the cheapest solution possible for the flooring. Either epoxy or self-levelling opec mat finish or sanding and revarnishing the hardware floors. The result we are looking for is a smooth mat finish.

The ceiling height is approximately 12 feet BUT under HVAC 10 feet.

Regarding the plumbing, we wish to have two (2) washrooms to have a commercial flush.
