Description

SAIT is inviting experienced and qualified suppliers of CRM solutions to respond to this RFP for a CRM solution as well as professional services for related implementation and training.

The intent is to select the appropriate Supplier(s) and CRM solution(s) for:
• a cloud-based CRM software solution
• professional services for:
o implementation planning and rollout
o conversion from existing CRM platform(s)
o training and support
CRM Suppliers should provide some level of functionality or capability in the following:

• Data Integration & System Interfaces
• Customer Cultivation and Tracking
• Pipeline Management
• Communication Management
• Documentation Management
• Event Management
• Reports/Dashboards
