This RFP is an invitation by the City of Castlegar (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit proposals for Electronic Records Management System Needs Assessment,

The City of Castlegar is inviting proposals from qualified consultants or firms with records and information management expertise. This engagement will involve a comprehensive assessment of the City’s current records management practices and evaluating the feasibility of implementing ERMS to meet identified needs.

This RFP outlines a two-phase engagement:
Phase 1: Needs assessment
