Promaxis Systems Inc. ositions en réponse aux Demandes de proposition (DP) qui peuvent être émises par la SCP pour les services liés aux boîtes postales communautaires (BPCOM) et au matériel de rue. Ces services comprennent ce qui suit :

Services de base – Volet A : • préparation du terrain (y compris le déblaiement, le gravier et le béton) et installation d’un socle de béton ou d’une base ballastée; • installation d’une BPCOM et du matériel de rue sur le socle de béton ou la base ballastée.

Services de base – Volet B : • services d’entretien pour les BPCOM et le matériel de rue; • services de déneigement pour les BPCOM et le matériel de rue.

Les besoins de Postes Canada sont répartis parmi les six (6) régions (les Régions) suivantes :

• Région 1 : Pacifique (C.-B. et Yukon); • Région 2 : Prairies (Alb., Sask., Man., y compris Yellowknife); • Région 3 : Région du Grand Toronto (RGT); • Région 4 : Ontario et NU – à l’exclusion de la RGT; • Région 5 : Québec;

• Région 6 : Atlantique (T.-N.-L., N.-B., N.-É., Î.-P.-É.).

L’offre des fournisseurs de services peut répondre aux exigences : • d’au moins une, de plusieurs ou de toutes les régions;

• pour au moins un ou les deux volets des services de base.
