Description

The City of Edmonton (the “City”) invites bidders to submit bids for this Sourcing Event for the implementation of a Customer Feedback Management (CFM) Software which aids in collecting and analyzing solicited and unsolicited feedback from customers across channels. This implementation is considered a pilot and will consist of one online channel accessible through edmonton.ca for the Waste Services Branch only. It is anticipated that other branches within the City will want to make use of a CFM solution. As such, the City may, upon completion of this Contract, issue a new competitive procurement to the marketplace.
