This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Power Corporation (“SaskPower”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of S/4HANA Implementation Partner, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “ Services”).

SaskPower is a Saskatchewan Crown Corporation continued under The Power Corporation Act (Saskatchewan).  It is principally responsible for the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity for most of Saskatchewan.

SaskPower invites vendors to submit proposals for S/4HANA implementation services in accordance with the requirements, terms, and conditions of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”).
 
This RFP sets forth the requirements for all services and solicits a detailed response from vendors to include pricing and service descriptions in the specified format.  Information set forth in this RFP is provided to allow bidders insight into the program as defined and known today.  Please utilize this information as appropriate in developing your responses.
 
SaskPower’s objectives for this initiative are to complete the conversion of its SAP ECC solution to S/4HANA.  This upgrade is intended to enhance value to the organization, enabling SaskPower to stay competitive, drive innovation, and help achieve operational excellence.
